| dc.description.abstract | Die Dissertation befasst sich mit der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und überprüft, inwieweit die spielerischen Ansätze Gamification und Serious Games das traditionelle Methodenportfolio der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit ergänzen können. Der Einsatz der innovativen Methoden wird in fünf Projekten der Praxis untersucht. Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen werden Modelle abgeleitet, um die zukünftige Nutzung der spielerischen Ansätze in der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit effizienter zu gestalten. Die Diskussion kommt zu der Schlussfolgerung, dass Gamification und Serious Games wirkungsvolle Methoden im Portfolio der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit darstellen. | de_DE |
| dc.description.abstract | This empirical study analyses the chances and risks of using the game approaches Gamification and Serious Games within the international cooperation of Germany. The game approaches will be implemented, evaluated and improved in five different projects. The findings and experiences made in those projects lead to new frameworks to improve the use of the innovative approaches in the future and make it more efficient. The discussion leads to the conclusion, that Gamification and Serious Games are powerful tools within the portfolio of international cooperation. | en_GB |
